At the moment, we are working together with Michelle Kim from Hong Kong Generation Next Arts; a charity that develops, nurtures and creates opportunities for our next generation young performing artists and aspires to transform lives through music.
They have an amazing video which you find here.
A year and a half ago we finished the amazing Our Sai Ying Pun project. Students of The Nesbitt Centre, a centre for students with learning disabilities, worked a whole year on some amazing art pieces which were auctioned off by Christies. The money raised was donated to 4 different charities.
IDEAL, The Intellectually Disabled Education and Advocacy League, was one of the beneficiaries. They invested their money in dance classes. Last Saturday we were pleased to see that they are still going strong.
Maggie's Cancer Caring Centres exemplify the importance of building design within healthcare, recovery and bereavement. Some of the biggest names in architecture such as Zaha Hadid, Frank Gehry and Richard Rogers donated their time to create these amazing centres.
Have a look at the Maggie's website for more information and to see the beautiful buildings or watch the video below.
We are doing some research into Chinese Shadow Puppetry. Any information is welcome. If there should be some artists out there, please get in touch by mailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
