Only today we found out that Stephen Wiltshire also drew Hong Kong.
Stephen was diagnosed with autism at the age of 3. It didn't stop him to do some amazing things like sketching accurate cityscapes from memory.
If you want to know more about him, please check out his website or watch this stunning video.
This sounds lots of fun!
It's China Children's Week and a big art competition will be happening in Victoria Park.

Looking for something completely different on the Wellcome Collection website, I came across Bobby Baker's Diary Drawings exhibition (2009) again. An exhibition that could not have left you unchanged. It was such a catalyst for Lizzie Bee as well.
For more information about the exhibition, click here.
On my wanders, I also found this interview with Bobby Baker, talking about some of her drawings which chart her journey through mental illness and breast cancer, back to health. You can find it on the Guardian website if you click here.
Delighted to know as well that her Diary won the Mind Book of the Year. More about this, click here.
